Mark Bailey

Director, Corporate Finance & Forensics

Mark is a Director of both Hall Chadwick Forensic and Corporate Advisory businesses and has 30 years experience as a Chartered Accountant. Mark has particular experience in valuing new technology businesses and heads up HC Blockchain division.

Mark has assisted exchanges looking to establish in Australia, blockchain entrepreneurs building their business case, taxation advisers developing their knowledge of the industry, investors requiring due diligence services, entrepreneurs requiring valuation services as well as an expert witness providing evidence for loss quantification, business valuations and verification of assets and transactions for commercial disputes and family law matters.

Steven Nguyen

Director, Audit & Assurance

Steven plays a critical role in the delivery of audit, assurance and tax services Australian clients. He leads the audit division, servicing clients in meeting statutory obligations and mentors auditors in identifying opportunities for clients to do business more efficiently.

His expertise covers external and internal audit, assurance, local taxation and business services across a range of industries from information technology and block chain to manufacturing, construction and retail for incorporated companies, un-incorporated associations, co-operatives and trusts.

Steven has extensive knowledge of ASIC and the ASX rules and regulations and works directly with client stakeholders to deliver audit and assurance services with a strong project management focus.

Joshua Ho

Forensics Manager

Joshua is a Chartered Accountant with over a decade of experience in forensic accounting, loss assessments and business valuations. He has led cases that involved tracing of cryptocurrency transactions (>$100m), verification of crypto assets for commercial and matrimonial disputes and investigating transactional relationships on the blockchain.

Joshua has also been assisting legal and accounting professions who often have minimal knowledge of cryptocurrencies and digital assets.

Swapnila Pandey

Audit Manager

Swapnila is a senior in the Audit team with more than six years of experience delivering audit and assurance services for clients across the Not for Profit, financial services, construction, energy, retail, service and industries. For internal and external engagements, both here in Australia and previously in Nepal, Swapnila brings a great breadth of knowledge to the team.

Stephanie boasts an illustrious career spanning over five years, during which she has consistently demonstrated excellence in the realm of external auditing. Throughout her career, she has successfully served an extensive portfolio of clients ranging from ASX listed companies and private companies to non-profit organizations and government agencies. Stephanie’s experience extends to clients operating in manufacturing, exploration, retail, education and financial services.
